THINGS TO KNOW WHEN PLANNING YOUR TRIP

This information is to help you confidently book your travel dates and make plans for pre and post Expedition.

12 Day Expeditions

Arrival: Arrive at the hotel NO LATER THAN Sunday @ 6pm for the Kick-Off Dinner.

Ride Days (11): Pick up motorcycles Monday morning, ride through Thursday of the following week.

Final Night: Return to the hotel Thursday evening for the final team dinner.

Departure: The earliest departure is Friday morning.

9 Day Expeditions

Arrival: Arrive at the hotel NOT LATER THAN Friday @ 6pm for the Kick-Off Dinner.

Ride Days (7): Pick up motorcycles Saturday morning, ride through Friday.

Final Night: Return to the hotel Friday evening for the final team dinner.

Departure: The earliest departure is Saturday morning.

WeRoam Dime

The WeRoam Dime (what we cover) begins at kick-off dinner and ends the morning after the expedition concludes.

Start:

12-Day Expeditions: Sunday evening (Kick-Off Dinner + that night’s hotel)

9-Day Expeditions: Friday evening (Kick-Off Dinner + that night’s hotel)

End:

12-Day Expeditions: Thursday night (Final Dinner + hotel stay)

9-Day Expeditions: Friday night (Final Dinner + hotel stay)

The dime closes the following morning (Friday or Saturday).

When it comes to your safety and health, WeRoam has a strict policy that any decision you make regarding either of those is YOUR responsibility.

Team Comms

PRE: We do all team communication on Slack. Make sure you're in your teams private channel HERE.
PRE: We have 4 team calls leading up to the expedition. We highly recommend joining these meetings.
PRE: One week out, we'll switch to WhatsApp
DURING: Riders SHOULD be on a Cardo to improve team safety. Get your discount HERE

Planning Timeline

Expeditions are planned 6 months in advance. At that point, we’ll share key details such as:

Arrival and departure airports

First night hotel

Any other relevant information

This information will be provided during your Team Calls once you’re within 6 months of departure.

Note: Routes are not shared in advance. Each evening, your leader will brief you on the next day’s plan—your job is to soak it all in!

Additional FAQ

3 Months Out: You’ll receive an intake form. Once your team has completed them, we’ll send your 50L Mosko bag + straps.
Jersey: A customized WeRoam jersey will be provided on expedition.
Laundry: Available approximately every 4 days—pack accordingly. This service is at your own expense.
Accommodations: You’ll know in advance if camping is included. Otherwise, expect hotels, hostels, or AirBnBs. Accommodations are generally shared (2 to a room).
Fitness: Arrive in good physical condition. See our fitness prep recommendations HERE.
Dietary Needs: We cannot guarantee accommodations for restrictions. Please plan and pack accordingly.
Team Calls: Not mandatory, but highly recommended.
