TEAM CALLS
Each expedition team will have its own dedicated team calls, typically starting about six months before departure. These calls give riders the chance to get to know one another and allow the expedition leader to connect with the team to plan routes and logistics. They’re also a great opportunity to build bonds and ask any questions you might have.
Attendance isn’t mandatory, but it’s highly recommended—our goal is that when you arrive in-country, you already feel connected to your team. Your expedition leader will reach out directly with your meeting schedule and links once they’re set.
TRAINING CAMP MONTHLY CALLS
Our Training Camp Monthly Calls will resume the first week of March 2026. These calls take place on the first Tuesday of every month at 4:30 PM Pacific Time.
Please note that we are no longer sending out calendar invitations. Instead, we ask interested participants to add the meeting to their own calendars—adjusting for their local timezone—using the following Google Meet link:

About a month prior to your training camp, each group will also be added to a WhatsApp channel so you can get to know your fellow campers, coordinate logistics, and start building connections before arrival.
